Here are some printed materials to help you promote the various languages offered on your IVR. Display them in your store or distribute them to your non-English customers so they can refill their medications in their native language with ease!
Each flyer reads the following in the specified language:
Do you speak [language]?
The next time you run out of your medication, call our pharmacy with your prescription number. You can request a refill in [language] through our automated phone system. “For instructions in [langauge], press…”
