Tom Cooper is Head of AI Products at Lumistry, where he leads the strategy and delivery of applied AI across the pharmacy platform, from patient communications to voice. He has spent his career turning emerging technology into dependable products, most recently leading AI product at Expedient, where he built multi-tenant AI platforms and retrieval pipelines used across a large client base. Earlier he served as CTO in pharmaceutical supply chain compliance and large-scale job search technology, and started his career in telephony and IVR. Tom lives in the Cleveland area with his family.
