Lumistry Welcomes Jim Mallers as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations

We’re pleased to welcome Jim Mallers as our new Senior Vice President of Customer Operations. Jim joined Lumistry on March 30 and brings more than 20 years of experience aligning go-to-market and operational teams to drive measurable growth. He is known for a practical, execution-first leadership style focused on clarity, accountability, and delivering results. 

“Jim brings deep commercial expertise from leading sales, customer success, and partnerships at two public companies,” said Tim Gill, CEO of Lumistry. “His experience will translate directly into delivering better experiences to the pharmacies we work with—helping us show up consistently, solve problems faster, and better evolve alongside our customers’ needs.”

In his role, Jim will focus on aligning customer-facing teams, streamlining processes, and optimizing systems to improve execution, enhance the customer experience, and drive retention and growth.

“There’s a real opportunity to bring more clarity, consistency, and speed to how we support our customers,” said Jim Mallers, SVP of Customer Operations. “When we execute well and simplify how we operate, it shows up immediately in the customer experience. It’s important that we are enabling our pharmacy partners to spend less time managing systems and more time focused on patient care.”

Jim is particularly passionate about supporting entrepreneurs as they scale, making Lumistry’s focus on independent pharmacies a natural fit.
