We’re pleased to welcome Jalinda Franke as our new Head of People Operations. Jalinda brings more than 20 years of experience leading people functions across SaaS, healthcare, and technology organizations. She has built and scaled people programs through periods of rapid growth, with a focus on developing strong teams, healthy cultures, and organizations where people can do their best work.
Jalinda spent nine years at a regional health plan, where she developed extensive experience in healthcare and regulated environments, followed by eight years leading HR and company culture at a high-growth SaaS company through a period of rapid scaling. She holds an MBA with a concentration in human resources and a degree in psychology and is SHRM-CP certified, as well as a certified DiSC and MBTI facilitator.

In her role, Jalinda will lead Lumistry’s people strategy, organizational development, and talent initiatives. She will focus on strengthening our culture and employee experience while building the programs and processes that support our team as Lumistry continues to grow.
